Result:
Quick access to categories
It was essential to provide users with the ability to navigate to the desired category directly from the homepage.
Catalog and filtering
We identified a pain point in interaction with the filter. Based on competitor analysis and target audience needs, we made the following decisions:
- 1. A size chart in categories such as "footwear", "clothing", etc.
- 2. Brand search, which speeds up interaction for regular users.
- 3. Hidden additional filters, where the user selects the necessary search criteria themselves.
Product card and upselling
The goal is to display the important elements for purchasing and all product specifications on the first screen.
- 1. A designer at the end of some categories, which allows you to create a complete style or add an accessory to the item
- 2. An additional product that may be of interest to the user
Shopping Cart
Many online stores struggle with a high rate of abandoned carts and incomplete purchases. Our goal is to make the cart as simple and user-friendly as possible for the target audience
Checkout
The task is to hide all exit paths and lead the user to the final action – placing the order.
Personal account
The same section of the website that should allow the user to quickly and easily find the necessary functions: track deliveries, manage settings, leave product reviews, and access the bonus system.
Blog and sorting
This page contains many useful resources for the user. Our task is to create a convenient filter that will help find an article based on their query, product recommendations, news about discounts, and much more.
